This is the lodge where we stayed. It was really nice!
We celebrated being married 11 years! It was nice to be away from the kids for a few days, but we missed them a lot and were glad to come home!

The Canyons
Nick and I got to go to a conference at The Canyons in Park City for his work. It was so much fun! Thanks to my Mom for watching the kids while we were gone!!!!
We got to go to a show at the Olympic Park. It is the premier training center for aerial ski jumping in the country. They can train year round, going down these slopes into the water--which they pump air into before they land to make the water softer--during the summer and using the snow in the winter.
We got to watch world-class aerial ski jumpers do a show for us. It was absolutely amazing!

What a fun get away!! Those are the best. I think the ski jump show would've been so cool. Didn't you guys go with us to that when the olympics were here?
